UGC CARE: UGC has created CARE (Consortium for Academic and Research Ethics) to promote high quality publications in reputed journals.
To cope with predatory research journals, the UGC-CARE List is updated quarterly i.e. on the first of January, April, July, and October.
According to the UGC, Journals found to be involved in unethical practices will be discontinued immediately. In October, UGC has removed 5 research journals from its list.
In this blog post, we have published below the list of Recently discontinued journals. It is advised not to send your research papers to the UGC-removed journals.

Journals found to be involved in unethical practices are immediately removed.
Research papers published before the UGC CARE list in the referred journals will be counted as valid. It is advised to keep the proof for the same.

Hi,
I got my paper published in one of the above journal but after one week of discontinuation of the journal on 8 November 2021. Will it be counted or not? As before it was there in the list and I submitted the paper in February. Please help!
