This blog post aims to provide a list of Geology Journals indexed in the UGC CARE List. We visited the official website of UGC CARE and found nine research journals that publish geology-related research. Many of these geology journals are also indexed in Scopus / Web of Science.
About UGC CARE List
The UGC-CARE List now has only TWO groups, instead of the original FOUR groups to simplify the search process.
- UGC-CARE List Group I: Journals found qualified through UGC-CARE protocols.
- UGC-CARE List Group II: Journals indexed in globally recognized databases (Scopus / Web of Science).
The nine UGC CARE approved Geology Journals listed below are included in the UGC CARE Group 1. To access UGC CARE Group 2 journals, one can visit the official website of Scopus or Web of Science. Researchers can also use the PhDTalks journal finder tool to locate research journals.
