This fellowship is for those who have completed, or are close to completing, their PhD.

Selected researchers receive a two-year, full-time employment contract with an internationally competitive salary. The salary is at least €73,500 gross per year, along with full social security coverage.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a PhD or equivalent qualification. Candidates who have not yet completed their PhD must complete the degree by June 15, 2027.
All research groups at ISTA, except Astrophysics groups, are eligible.
Researchers who were already employed at ISTA before September 1, 2026, are not eligible to apply.
