  1. It is a matter of great pleasure that the UGC has for the first time launched a scheme for the superannuated teachers. It itself is a historic step to streamline the retired teachers who have academic expertise scholastic record and can contribute to the academic world in a big manner. Its a milestone to utilize the talents of the matured academicians. I must whole heartedly congratulate the UGC and the HRD ministry for revolutionary step. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🌹🌹🌹🌹

  2. This is a great initiative by UGC. The age limit for In service faculty is 50 years, and superannuated is 58 to 60. I am 55 years faculty struggling to get grant money to finish my unfinished projects. Most of the other grants also have 50 age limit. If there is an age limit change in either of these grants it would be of great help for women of our age, who have projects to finish and are unable to finish due to paucity of funds. if the grant money is for 2 years why can’t 55 years get it as well. Kindly consider.
