The United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF) is accepting applications from Indian Ph.D. holders for Fulbright-Nehru Postdoctoral Research Fellowships 2026-2027.
The Fulbright-Nehru Postdoctoral Research Fellowships aim to enhance the research capabilities of Indian scholars by providing access to advanced resources and facilities in the U.S. They support early-career academics in developing innovative solutions to global challenges.
The applicant will be affiliated to one U.S. host institution. All applicants has to indicate an affiliation preference.
The application submission deadline is 15 July, 2025.

Eligibility
The applicant must have a Ph.D. or a D.M. degree within the past four years (between July 15, 2021 and July 14, 2025).
The applicant must have a publication in a reputed journal.
Employed application needs to obtain the endorsement from the appropriate administrative authority.
