The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has invited applications from students for a 6-month paid internship at its Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), Timarpur, Delhi.
The internship is scheduled to start from December 2026/January 2027 and will provide students with an opportunity to work in research areas related to advanced semiconductor materials and devices.
According to the official advertisement, 65 internship positions are available. Selected interns will receive a fixed stipend of ₹5,000 per month for 06 Months.
