The program therefore requires an established relationship between the Harvard faculty member and the proposed visiting scholar.
Requirements for the Visiting Research Scholar
The visiting scholar should have a doctoral degree in a relevant field. Exceptional candidates holding a master’s degree may also be considered.
Priority Research Areas
Priority may be given to applications that align with HGHI’s areas of interest. These include:
- Health equity
- Climate change and health
- Infectious diseases
- Digital transformation
- Global health financing
- Health justice
- Community-engaged programming
