The selected postdoctoral researcher will work with multimodal nationwide Finnish health data covering nearly seven million individuals, including:
- Electronic health records
- Clinical notes
- Laboratory measurements
- Medical imaging
- Medication records
- Genomics
- Omics data
- Demographic information
The primary objective is to build machine learning models.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess a PhD in Computer Science/ Data Science or Bioinformatics / Computational Biology or a related discipline.
The candidate must have a Strong publication record in machine learning or AI research.
He must possess Excellent Python programming skills and Excellent written and spoken English.
