Scopus has released its latest Update on 12 July 2026. In this update, 12 research journals are discontinued. Among the journals, the Journal of Engineering Science and Technology (JESTEC), published by Taylor’s University, is discontinued.
According to the latest Scopus Source List, the journal’s coverage has been discontinued in Scopus, with indexing ending in 2026.
It is important to note that discontinued coverage does not invalidate articles already indexed in Scopus. Papers published during the period covered by Scopus generally remain available in the database. However, newly published articles will not be indexed after the discontinuation date.
