Call for applications for MOFA Taiwan Fellowship 2027

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) is receiving applications for the prestigious MOFA Taiwan Fellowship 2027. The fellowship is designed for international researchers.

How to Apply for Taiwan Fellowship 2027

  1. Applicants are advised to carefully review the official Taiwan Fellowship guidelines and regulations before applying.
  2. Arrange all required documents, including your research proposal and recommendation letters.
  3. Complete the online application form and upload all required documents.
  4. Print the completed application form and send all documents to the nearest ROC (Taiwan) Embassy or Representative Office.
  5. An evaluation committee will review applications.
  6. Selected candidates must secure a “Letter of Consent for Research” from a Taiwanese university or research institution.
  7. After verification, candidates will receive the official “Grant Authorization Letter” and become Taiwan Fellowship recipients.
