Sir Ratan Tata Post-doctoral Fellowship 2026: Fully Funded Research Opportunity at LSE

The prestigious Sir Ratan Tata Post-doctoral Fellowship 2026 is now open for applications. The fellowship is offered at the London School of Economics and Political Science in partnership with the Sir Ratan Tata Trust.

This fellowship provides early-career researchers from South Asia an opportunity to conduct advanced social science research.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Should be an early-career post-doctoral researcher working in social science with a focus on South Asia
  • Must already hold a PhD degree

  • Senior academics are not eligible
  • Applicants must be in permanent employment at an established institution in the SAARC region
