Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have Ph.D. with First Class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in the preceding degree and a good academic record throughout. Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis can also apply

Applicants should preferably be below 32 years of age at the time of application.

Application Process

Candidates must first contact a faculty member in the Institute. A consent letter or consent email is required from the faculty member as part of the application package.

Applicants must submit their application through the online Post-Doctoral application portal.

Required Documents

  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • PDF files of at least two and up to five important publications.
  • Proposed research plan (up to 500 words).
  • Consent letter or email from a faculty member.
  • PDF file of PhD degree certificate, or provisional PhD degree awarded certificate, or PhD thesis submitted certificate.
  • Any other relevant information the applicant may want to furnish.

Candidates can apply throughout the year. However, applications will be reviewed quarterly, i.e., 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, and 31 December.
