Web of Science Removes Seven Journals in October 2026: Check Full List

The Web of Science database regularly reviews journals for quality and editorial standards.

In the latest update, 07 journals have been removed from the Web of Science database. The affected journals include titles indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) and the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI).

This update also adds a few journals to the Web of Science Core Collection (ESCI).
